Three Waves Of Energy Healing In Active Meditation

I would love for you to join me for another powerful healing event! I'm excited to offer this event again! The previous gatherings had incredible results. Many of us felt the effects immediately and was able to release emotional pain freely and comfortably. “The relief is incredibly cathartic”. 

YOU CAN JOIN IN ON THIS EVENT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT. IT IS ACCUMULATIVE AND SUPPORTIVE!

We will meet online to help heal ourselves and others. We will be working on practices of self healing, group healing, and meditation. Then a question and answer period following this workshop. 

We will start with an active meditation. Then move onto First one of the 3 waves of energy. This is for helping release the past. Help separating it out so we can look at it more objectively. 

The Second wave is for balancing. Balancing the relationship between organs, balancing Chakras, the internal and external experiences and more.

The Third wave is for easing the unknown. To discover our power to move forward and have peace with not knowing.

Then sending healing to our loved ones. Lastly, a brief spiritual topic to end the meditation.
